SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We ship from Sydney, Australia. Currently we only deliver items to addresses within Australia.
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If you have selected another courier option, they may or may not have enabled PO Box delivery.
Any extra requirements, for example delivery to workplace etc. Feel free to contact us and we will try out best to fulfil them.
An confirmation e-mail is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We will make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days upon making the order. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, as we endeavour to your order to your ASAP.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed and dispatched within the next 2 business days.
We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase for metro east coast cities (this includes states of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania; the Australian Capital Territory).
For WA, far north OLD, NT and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry when making the order.
Standard delivery for all purchases in Australia is just $10.00. We also offer FREE shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100. In a hurry? No problem - we also offer express shipping which is quoted at checkout based on your location and the quantity of products you have ordered. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live.
During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time or package is lost, please contact Australia Post for an update, there is not much we can do about delivery delays & package losses. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
CHANGING / CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Because we strive to get our customer's orders dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot change or stop an order once processed & dispatched.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Only items purchased on the EveryDrinks website can be return to EveryDrinks.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
